Private Virtual Yoga Sessions
Get personalized, individual attention in a private yoga session. Held over Zoom, each session is tailored to what you want to work on and held at your own pace. Each session lasts 30-45 minutes and after you book you’ll be taken to an intake form to complete some information including your goals, your focus, and what you’d like my help with.

You are welcome to book a single session; however, if you purchase a block of 4 or 8 sessions you’ll save over individual session price. When you purchase a block you’ll be given coupons to use within 1 year of purchase. A great way to remain consistent with a practice.
Accessibility Audit (Yoga Class)
Yoga Teachers, are you curious that your classes aren’t as accessible as you think? Are you looking to enroll more diverse students and wondering if something is keeping them away?
