Wednesday Community Yoga Class

Join me for a virtual yoga class streamed live on Facebook or YouTube. Each class will have a theme, and you are welcome to use the contact form to send requests if there are certain areas or types of yoga (chair yoga, for example) that you’d like to focus on. Requests aren’t guaranteed, but I will do my best.

Classes will last approximately 20 minutes.

Classes will not have a free replay, but will be archived and placed in the Chicken Yogi Club  for members to have access at your convenience.
